Munch 'N Brunch is a bustling breakfast and brunch spot located right on Kalākaua Avenue in the heart of Waikiki. This is a casual eatery, mostly operating out of a food truck setup that draws a steady crowd of locals and visitors looking for hearty, flavorful morning fare without the formality of a sit-down restaurant.

The atmosphere leans into an easygoing island vibe, with upbeat music creating a relaxed but lively backdrop. It’s the kind of place where you can swing by early to fuel up before a day of exploring or grab a satisfying midday meal after a morning walk along the nearby beach. The friendly, approachable staff and quick service make it a smooth stop when you’re on the go.

The menu captures a creative yet approachable take on breakfast classics and Hawaiian-inspired flavors. Highlights include the Hangover Breakfast Burrito, packed with pork belly, bacon, and peppers, and the Waikiki B.E.A.S.T Breakfast Sandwich, which layers bacon, egg, avocado, and even spam on an English muffin with a punchy kasundi sauce. For those leaning sweet, the Lilikoi Pancakes topped with homemade passionfruit butter and fresh pineapple offer a fresh, tropical finish, while the croissant French toast adds a richer, comforting option. There are thoughtful vegetarian picks too, like the jackfruit tacos and other plant-forward bites.

Refreshing drinks like the Strawberry Hibiscus and Pineapple Ginger sparkling sodas provide a bright complement to the food’s savory and sweet balance, with homemade syrups adding a distinct local flair.

This spot appeals especially to people who appreciate a hearty, island-influenced breakfast with depth and spice, be it locals grabbing a quick bite or visitors wanting to try something beyond the usual Waikiki brunch choices. The walkable location near popular shopping and beach areas means it’s convenient for starting your day or taking a break from the nearby buzz.

Expect a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere with a bit of the food truck’s informal charm. It’s a place that feels rooted in the daily rhythms of Honolulu — where flavor-packed, comforting plates meet genuine local hospitality.

Absolutely delicious! I had the lillikoi pancakes and the pineapple ginger lemonde, fantastic. I will definitely come back. Wonderful hospitality also, such a friendly lady behind the counter!

Friendly service. Food was delicious. We got the hangover burrito and brisket tacos. Great flavor. Tacos were just spicy enough. Music made it a vibe. Chill little food truck spot!

Omg the food!!! Delicious breakfast! We had the breakfast burrito and the Waikiki beast (bacon, egg, avocado, spam, tomato) on English muffin. Gorgeous, very filling. Great to support a local business. Quick, super friendly service.

Food truck on their game. Lots of locals ordering, so you know something is cooking with flavors to please. We stumbled across this place and sure glad we did. Pulled pork tacos were excellent.

Awesome breakfast spot! Opens early which is great coming from the east coast. Croissant French toast was so tasty we got it back to back days. Also tried the hangover burrito and beast sandwich which were solid savory options. Friendly staff and easy walk from Royal Hawaiian center. Vegetarian options too.

Got the hangover burrito! I really liked the pickled onions in it. It was pretty good but nothing to rave about. It was defiantly splittable for breakfast if you’re looking to save this is a good option. I loved the Nutella cold brew, the flavor was amazing. It was perfectly sweet while maintaining a good coffee flavor. People who like black coffee and people who like sweet coffee would both appreciate this and it’s worth going out of your way for. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome! It took a little while to get our drink so I wouldn’t go if you’re in a rush! Overall would recommend!

I ordered the beast, burrito, croissant toast, pancakes, and k sidilla. Everything was delicious I will be adding this truck to my favorite list of places to eat. Also I don’t like Nutella but I tried my husbands coffee and it was actually pretty good. Not to sweet.
